It can't be said that skinny jeans and slim cut pants are out, but it can be said that, right now, there's a greater confidence being shown for experimentation with the silhouette of women's pants. Case in point the revival of 1970's fashion as a part of 2010's fashion trends. It's a revival which brings back bell bottoms/flares (hopefully with a high-waist) and allows for great looks, such as this one, to once again grace a city's pavements.
